Name, email address, profile, topic, country, order of magnitude, horizon, NDA status and message. Do not attach identity documents or bank details.
Purposes and legal bases
To answer your request and assess whether an engagement is possible within the perimeter of my authorisations (pre-contractual measures, GDPR article 6(1)(b); legitimate interest in answering, point (f)). No data is used for prospecting.
Recipients
The site host (Vercel) and, when enabled, the form provider. No data is sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Information from an accepted engagement is subject to professional secrecy.
Transfers outside the European Union
The host is established in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Retention
Requests with no follow-up are deleted at the latest 24 months after the last exchange. Engagement data follows the applicable statutory periods.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to mickael.loc@financialservices.lu. You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), Luxembourg.
Cookies and measurement
The site sets no tracking cookie. When enabled, audience measurement is aggregated and cookie-free. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to that provider.
