I prepare business sales and successions in Luxembourg, structure holdings and groups, and hold manager and director mandates in my own name under personal establishment authorisation No. 10077275. I draw on group consolidation and accounting practice since 2010: an industrial group of about 150 entities in 12 countries, and an authorised fiduciary firm I founded in 2017. One rule: every step is attached to the authorisation that covers it, and the rest goes back to the lawyer, the notary or the valuer.
